Cestria Community Housing Association is a not-for-profit organisation that provides reasonably priced accommodation in the Chester le Street District.
There are some properties that fall under the responsibility of Cestria with boiler flues which cannot be inspected because they are hidden within ceiling voids or where flues have been boxed in.
If you suspect that you have this type of flue then please read on for more information so you know what to do.

A suggestion box will be included in the plans for the new extension at the One Stop Shop, a box also placed within Head Office reception and a box for the Cestria Reference Group.
