General Needs Team
The General Needs Housing Team manage the properties we have called General Needs Housing, this is:
- Family houses
- Single person flats
- Bungalows allocated to under 60's
The team is responsible for:
- Estate Management - such as untidy gardens, graffiti
- Estate Tours - walkabouts with our tenants on estates
- Low level anti-social behaviour - such as dogs barking
- Any requests for permission from tenants to improve their properties
- Any request for changes to tenancies
- Mutual Exchanges
