Incidents can be reported to a member of the anti social behaviour team or to your Estate Services Officer by:
Office hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Thursday
8.30am – 4.30pm Friday
If there is a problem out of hours you can leave a message on the answer machine or e-mail asb@cestria.org and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively if the problem is urgent you can contact Durham Contabulary on 0345 60 60 365
You should always dial 999 when there is immediate danger or you witness a crime taking place.
