Meet the Income Management Team

The Income Management Team are responsible for the collection of Cestria's rental income and recovering any arrears. They also collect monies owed for rechargeable repairs, garden tidy-ups and other sundry debts. Cestria's Financial Inclusion Officer works as part of the Income Management Team to provide tenants with advice and support regarding benefits and money matters.
