This project is linked to the 2012 London Olympics, where garduates of Personal Best are guaranteed an interview to become a volunteer at the games if they wish.

The Personal Best qualification will be delivered at local community venues and consist of 60 learning hours, plus several hours of relevant volunteering experience and job placement throughout the county.
