Our Objectives
Cestria Community Housing Association is a not-for-profit organisation that provides reasonably priced accommodation in the Chester le Street District.
Closing your curtains at dusk reduces the heat escaping through your windows.
A chance to meet your Supported Housing Assistant in a relaxed atmosphere and let them know any concerns that you might have.
This event is for residents of Riddell Court, Chester-le-Street.
The Annual Satisfaction Survey Group advised that tenants were experiencing problems with security and entry fobs at the Sheltered Courts.
New doors have been installed and a fob policy has been put in place.
The Cestria Reference Group would like tenants to be empowered to effect the agenda for meetings.
The Resident Involvement Focus Group agreed that 3 tenant volunteers should work in partnership with the Community Engagement Manager to agree agendas for future meetings.
The Customer Services Working Group would like a list of useful contact numbers.
Following consultation with tenants, a useful numbers list has been included at the back of the 2012 Cestria Calendar.
Through the Annual Satisfaction Survey tenants told us they would like to see more issues being picked up during Estate Tours.
Estate Tours are being undertaken in a new way and as a result over 2000 actions were identified in the last series of tours which took place over the Summer months.
